关于九龙湖校区各学院国际员工搬迁兰园宿舍的通知

各位非医学院、公共卫生学院、建筑学院、电气工程学院、仪器科学与工程学院、自动化学院在校国际员工:

 经学校研究,前期已申请2025-2026学年入住九龙湖兰园宿舍的同学请于818-822日搬迁入住九龙湖兰园宿舍,暑期住在九龙湖过渡宿舍、九龙湖橘园九舍的同学请于818日前退宿,九龙湖过渡宿舍、九龙湖橘园九舍内所有个人遗留物品将被统一清理。现将搬迁安排通知如下:


一、时间与方式

1. 818-819日,暑期留校的员工从九龙湖过渡宿舍、橘园九舍退宿,在九龙湖体育馆乒乓球厅行李寄存点领取行李(如有),入住兰园宿舍。学校提供车辆服务,车辆从九龙湖橘园九舍、九龙湖体育馆出发,到达九龙湖兰园宿舍,具体事宜另行通知。      

2. 820-822日,暑期离校的员工在九龙湖体育馆乒乓球厅行李寄存点领取行李(如有),入住兰园宿舍。学校提供车辆服务,车辆从九龙湖体育馆出发,到达九龙湖兰园宿舍,具体事宜另行通知。


二、注意事项     

1.入住九龙湖兰园宿舍的员工名单以5月发布的预通知收集的申请结果为准。同时需已完成2024-2025学年春季学期的学期注册,结清当学年学费、住宿费、水电费等。未完成学期注册的员工不提供校内住宿。      

2.九龙湖校区兰园宿舍为双人间,住宿费按每张床位9000/学年的标准收取,水电费按学校有关标准收取。入住九龙湖校区兰园宿舍的同学需在2025818日前完成下一学年的床位费预缴,同时于下学期开学后按期完成学期注册(注册时间:2025825-829日),否则将影响校内住宿资格和新学期选课。

 住宿费缴费链接:https://pay.seu.edu.cn  ,请在电脑浏览器或手机微信输入系统地址,不能使用手机浏览器或者手机端其他浏览器。请选择校内人员,点击跳转至身份认证即可使用校内认证系统进行登录,支付项目列表里选择国际员工住宿费项目完成支付。

   

3.未经审核的个人电动车无法进校,请尽快在校园车辆综合管理系统内进行车辆登记(详见bevictor伟德国际校园车辆综合管理系统操作手册bevictor伟德国际校园车辆综合管理系统-员工申请-中+英.pdf),并提交审核。


三、室友安排

 6月已完成室友预登记工作,预登记完成后不接受更改,房间和楼层由学校统一安排,不接受个人指定。若6月未登记室友,视为服从学校统一分配。


四、bevictor伟德国际员工公寓管理办法

 请各位同学在搬迁和后期入住中严格遵照《bevictor伟德国际员工公寓管理办法》要求执行,特别注意违章电器不可使用。现摘选《bevictor伟德国际员工公寓管理办法》第三十条如下,请各位同学认真学习,避免因违规影响校内住宿资格,造成严重后果的将按照校纪校规处理。

摘选:根据《bevictor伟德国际员工公寓管理办法》第三十条,公寓内不得私拉电线、飞线充电、储藏或者使用危险品及违章电器;为违章电器充电,视为使用违章电器。员工公寓内的违章电器包括:

(一)800W以上的超功率电器(吹风机、热水壶除外);

(二)无自动断电保护装置的电器;

(三)无国家3C认证的电器;

(四)热得快、电炉、电热毯、电热水器、电熨斗、烘干器、烘鞋机等容易引发火灾的电器,电饭锅、微波炉、电磁炉、烤箱、空气炸锅、电煮锅等炊具;

(五)洗衣机、电冰箱、制冰机、电视机等;

(六)含大电池的电器设备,例如电动车电瓶、充电平衡车等;

(七)其他存在安全隐患的电器。

 住宿人员持有、携带、储存及使用的违章电器,将由员工公寓管理人员收缴代管。如有生病等情况需使用特殊电器,应向员工公寓管理中心提交带有学院盖章签字的病例证明等申请材料,审批通过、登记备案后方可使用。

According to the arrangement by the university, students who have applied for accommodation in the Lanyuan dormitory of Jiulonghu Campus for the 2025-2026 academic yearneed to move to the Lanyuan dormitory between August 18-August 22. Students who stay in the transitional dormitory, Jiulonghu campus and Building No.9 in Juyuan dormitory, Jiulonghu campus are requested to check outbefore August 18. Any personal belongings left behind in the transitional Dormitory, Jiulonghu campus and Building No.9 in Juyuan dormitory, Jiulonghu campus will becleared.The relocation arrangements are hereby notified as follows:


I. Time and Method

1. August 18–19: Students who stay in the transitional Dormitory,Jiulonghu campus and Building No.9 in Juyuan dormitory, Jiulonghu campus check out from the dormitory, move to the Lanyuan dormitory with their luggage (if any) at thetable tennis hall of the indoor stadium, Jiulonghu campus. Shuttle service will be provided from Juyuan Building 9 and the indoor stadium to Lanyuan dormitory. Specific details will be notified later.

2. August 20–22: Students who leave school for summer vacation move to the Lanyuan dormitory with their luggage (if any) at the table tennis hall of the indoor stadium, Jiulonghu campus. Shuttle service will be provided from the indoor stadium to Lanyuan dormitory. Specific details will be notified later.


II. Key Notes

1. Eligibility for Relocation

The list of students moving to Lanyuan dormitory of Jiulonghu campus is subject to the application results collected in the pre-notice survey in May. Meanwhile, students must have completed the semester registration for the spring semester of the 2024-2025 academic year and cleared the tuition fees, accommodation fees, water and electricity fees, etc., for this academic year. Students who have not completed these procedures will not be provided with on-campus accommodation.

2. Accommodation Fees

Double rooms are provided in the Lanyuan dormitory.The accommodation fee for the Lanyuan dormitory of Jiulonghu campus will be charged 9,000 RMB per bed per academic year, and water and electricity fees will be charged according to the university standards. Students living in the Lanyuan dormitory of Jiulonghu campus must pay for the accommodation fees in advance for the next academic year before August 18, 2025, and complete the semester registration on time after the start of the next semester (registration time: August 25-29, 2025). Failure to do so will affect on-campus accommodation eligibility and course selection/research process for the new semester.

3. Personal Electric Vehicles

Personal electric vehicles are not allowed to enter the campus without approval. Please register your electric vehicle in the Campus Vehicle Comprehensive Management System as soon as possible (for detailed instructions, please follow the operating procedures bevictor伟德国际校园车辆综合管理系统-员工申请-中+英.pdf) and submit it for approval.


III. Roommate Pre-registration

Roommate pre-registration has completed in June. Rooms and floors will be arranged by the university, and personal designation is not accepted. Failure to register on time will be subject to the university’s unified allocation.


IV. Southeast University Student Dormitory Management Regulations

Please strictly adhere to the Southeast University Student Dormitory Management Regulations during the relocation and subsequent stay on campus, particularly regarding the prohibited appliances.

An excerpt from Article 30 of the Southeast University Student Dormitory Management Regulations is provided below. Please study it carefully to avoid affecting your on-campus accommodation eligibility due to violations. Those who cause serious consequences will be dealt with in accordance with the university's discipline and regulations.

Excerpt from Article 30 of the regulations: It is not allowed to store or use dangerous goods and prohibited electrical appliances in the apartment; charging prohibited electrical appliances is considered as using prohibited electrical appliances. The prohibited electrical appliances in the student apartment include:

1. Electrical appliances with a power rating of over 800W;

2. Electrical appliances without automatic power-off protection devices;

3. Electrical appliances without national 3C certification;

4. Water heating tools, electric stoves, electric blankets, electric cookers, electric water heaters, irons, dryers, shoe dryers, and other appliances prone to causing fires, as well as cooking appliances such as rice cookers, microwave ovens, induction cookers, ovens, air fryers, and electric cookers;

5. Washing machines, refrigerators, ice makers, televisions, etc.;

6. Devices containing large batteries, such as e-bike batteries and self-balancing scooter batteries;

7. Any other appliances deemed to pose a safety hazard.

The student apartment management personnel will confiscate and keep the prohibited electrical appliance held, carried, stored, and used by the residents. If special medical circumstances require the use of a restricted appliance, the resident must submit an application with the official stamp and signature of their college to the Student Dormitory Management Center. The appliance may be used only after the application is approved and properly registered.


Any changes to the above arrangements due to university adjustments or work needs will be subject to the latest notices. Please pay attention to updates on the College of International Students official website and student group notifications.
